Nosebleed after a head injury isn't good. You also need more practice at recognising normal/conventional reality, and when you're not in it.

You are ever so special upon occasion, y'know that?

From a first aid point of view feeling really sleepy after a head injury is a red flag, get the person to qualified help on the double.

On a lighter note, the last time I was taken to hospital, I had come off my bike on some gravel in Richmond Park. I needed the grazes looked at, but was basicaly fine.
Once they had sorted those out, I made the mistake of asking the nice nurse the question: "Where am I?" To be told "in hospital deary, you feel off your bike.." followed by lots of other stupid questions and prodding, after which point I mannaged to ask a better question, "which hospital is this and where is it in relation to Richmond Park?"
