New goals

I have a goal of losing 20 more pounds. I would like to be 200 or less by the time I go to the Dominican Republic at the end of next month. It's a lot for me to lose in 2 months, but if I make it to the gym 5x a week and stick to a lower calorie diet I can do it ( Read more... )

Good Luck on your fitness goals! It'll pay off so much. I have been working really hard on getting back in shape and I love it. I am also looking to lose another 10 or so pounds in the next month or two. It'd make me a really really happy camper.

If you find any super delicious low calorie/fat meals let me know!

I have tons of them. You'd be surprised how much better food you cook at home is for you
