I only managed 1 day at the gym all week. I'm lame. More importantly work is since I worked until 10 three times this week.
In good news though I've been making an effort to eat less junk at home and not eat out as much. The diet may be an even larger piece to shedding the 20-30 lbs I want to shed.
I still need to hit the gym more though. I should go
