Merlin.

I know you don't know me but, I wanted to say I know exactly how you feel. I've lost all respect for the Harpies. It's all a bunch of shite, the goings-on. What in Merlin's name is Quidditch coming to?

--As for the Arrows. Sorry for your loss. Again, I understand- even if the Cannons are one up, they're still too far behind.

Weasley? As in Weasleys Wizard Wheezes Weasley? <-- Look, my W's have gone all loopy. Anyroad, I'm assuming you're related to Messrs. Fred and George, right?

You'd figure the Harpies didn't need to cheat. I mean, look at their lineups for past five seasons! Talented players all around. It makes no bloody sense! Unless the Veela thing's not true.

Yeah, not as such.

Merlin! The Cannons? I'm sorry, mate. I mean, Cannons fans are the most loyal of all. Sure, you've got to be, considering things, right? No bandwagonning there. Not when there's no bandwagon to ride. I've seen you lot at the shop, always come in buying Cannons posters and books and banners by the bundle-full. I admire dedication like that. I honestly do.

Yes. Weasley, as in WWW. <-- I'm used to writing them.
And, again, yes. They're my younger brothers.

I know. --- My friend, a certain Nymphadora Tonks, vehemently denies the whole Veela thing. Personally, I think it's true. I mean... honestly! She's just being a moron about it.

...And... yes- the Cannons. They're a good team, really. (Better than the Arrows, am I right?) -You work at the Supply shop? Yes. My other brother Ron is a bigger fan than myself, if you can imagine.

Ah, your brothers have been causing a stir about the Alley lately. Those bobblehead things are immensely popular, aren't they? They're selling better than the old Quidditch World Cup figures ever did.

Every rumour's got a ring of truth. There's some reason why the Harpies are being accused of it, and it goes farther than any sort of grudge between teams. Who'd hate the Harpies this much?

Well, now. I wouldn't say that. Arrows and Cannons. Apples and oranges and all, right? I'm meant to be neutral because of my job -- yeah, I work at Quality Quidditch Supplies -- but, let the players be the judge of that.

Other brother? How many siblings have you got?

Because you are an Arrow's fan... I won't say anything but this:

Good Luck losing. Oh- right, luck's got nothing to do with it.

~Tonks

To have the effing guts to say that the Harpies are such a good team and then believe that the rumors are true! How do you call that justified?! IF they were so good before- why would they need to go to such lengths in the first place?! It's wankers like you who are making this season an effing nightmare! You blind idiots!

Hang on. Stab in the dark. You're a Harpies fan, right? Terrible how the ruling body's keeping your best Chaser off the pitch, isn't it?

Can't imagine why.

Couldn't have anything to do with those accusations. No, of course not.

Anyroad, it's early on in the year. Anything can happen between now and the finals. At the very least, we're in for an interesting season.

Well- I can't say I expected you to deny it, thinking like the rest of the idiots that would rather believe made up shite because you lot don't have anything better to do.
The Harpies do not cheat.

Brilliant observation, how long did that take you?

This is just a minor setback, once fixed it will be a forgotten memory, by the time finals come in.

"Made up shite" or glimmer of truth? Look, Q.U.A.C.K. would not have started on these investigations if they hadn't seen enough evidence to support it, right? The International Association of Quidditch is no slouch in stuff like this either. They can't let anything slip past the rules, rumour or not.

Truth or not, this scandal sullies the sport for everyone. It doesn't matter if the rumours are proven false. It's gone well beyond that. The fact that they popped up at all is disgraceful!

Right, one thing we agree on. The outcome's in the points.
