Same thing happened with my Gap Visa (GE Money Bank, not BoA), though I didn't call customer service, 'cause it wasn't a huge deal for me. But man that has to be the worst customer service ever!

gah. customer service has gone down the toilet. what they are saying about it in the news/tv: the person you talk to ALWAYS has a manager. she was probably already on her last write up or something.

That's about what I'd expect from all that I've heard about Bank of America. Now I want this Angela person not just fired but tarred and feathered as well.
