I know that it would be a total and complete pain in the ass for you, but since they were such dickheads to you, if I were you, I'd cancel my account with them and open one with a different bank, because that shit is just plain out of control.

Yet another reason I will continue to avoid Bank of America. I always thought it was outrageous they charged customers from one region of the US to use BoA ATMs in other regions, but then their false ads regarding their investments into community development corps that got pulled from the airwaves by the FTC really sealed the deal. Now this. UGH. What an awful bank. I'm so sorry and I hope you can change your deposit info!
