So this one makes me think of someone calling that Angela person to a meeting where they proceed to inform her about her unprofessional behavior and what it means for her continued employment, and she takes out a shotgun and kills everyone.

Obviously she was in need of validation. Oh well.

Follow up on this one here, please. I am curious to know what the bank does.

That's shameful.

This is the contact information for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's consumer complaint division. Given that this is a customer service issue rather than an issue of fraud or discrimination, I'm not sure whether you want to file a complaint through them, but I think everyone should have access to this info, and if you want to file through them, feel free.
