You sound like you COULD just have sleep issues. Or at least those things have happened to me when I don't get enough sleep. Even the nosebleeds (which always tended to happen because I'd get extra hot and tired with no sleep and the allergies would just really dry my sinuses up).

I'd say you're pushing yourself too hard, but I'm guessing you've been told that already.
