Today makes the second time in my life that I've fallen asleep on a park bench. I think that's 30 hobo points...mostly due to the fact that I've done it more than once now.

I think I'm going to donate my body to science because I have the remarkable ability to never sleep, ever and I can still sort of function...for the most part.

i just accidentally removed part of my finger with a pair of scissors.

I went for a walk last night around 12, and it was most enjoyable. I've been listening to Madame Butterfly, and I realized that night is the perfect time for that sort of thing. I was still enjoying it during the day, but it was just harder to focus, and it's much more difficult to understand what's going on without focusing. Granted, it's still ( Read more... )

The next thing i'm buying is my very own copy of  A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I think I want to read it again.

Yesterday I became the proud owner of a bicycle. I've wanted one all summer, and I only paid 40 bucks for it, so I think it was a sound investment. I'm currently working getting a basket for it, a lock, and possibly some streamers.

So....does anyone else take pseudo-naps? Like, I'm pretty sure I don't actually fall asleep, but I have dream-ish things, and they last about 10 minutes. I tried to take a nap today, but I was "woken up" by a phone call right at the 10 minute point, and I felt fine. I also do this in my car if I ever get to work 10 or 15 minutes early. Tonight someone hit my car on the interstate and drove away. I'm currently working on thinking of the worst thing that could ever happen to someone and wishing it on him.
