Not my day. |
Это острый перец чили..
After a lot of e-mails to the University Registrar regarding my HMN and OTH, they finally fixed the update error in the list of the candidates for graduation. During the grade consultation day, I got a 0.0 in my thesis grade when I was supposed to have a 4.0. The deadline of the final list was supposed to be yesterday and I still don’t have any awards in after my name. It’s not that I’m after the awards, I just clarified the OUR if I really am given the Outstanding Thesis award or not. I already written the Academic and thesis award in my resume that I submitted to the companies. It’s really inappropriate to assume, but I was thinking that it’s a plus when those awards are stated in my resume. When I checked the e-mail informing me that the updating list is already posted, I immediately replied that the DLSU servers are down and I can’t access the list. And to my surprise, they e-mailed me the picture above. Surprisingly, I salute to the registrar of De La Salle. I replied to their e-mail stating my gratitude for their understanding and patience. They replied:
“Dear Mr. Tan,
You are welcome.
The Office of the University Registrar of De La Salle University is proud to be of service to you.”
The grades that are posted in the MyLasalle accounts should still have their course cards counterparts to serve as proofs of actual grades. Just like my case, I had a hard time figuring out what my grade really was. Well, thinking of grades should be over by thus time. College is finally over. I am happy to see that I maintained, or can I say surpassed, my high school achievements. I could have received the Cultural Development award but I was actually I did not meet the deadline. Two is more than enough. One should never stop dreaming and seeking for growth no matter what.
