So...it's been almost two whole months since an update. What have I been up to, you ask? Not a whole hell of a lot, actually.

Mom's Wedding: Went pretty well, better than I was expecting. Only awkward when people made horrible newlywed jokes about my mother. I will always be a little scarred. On the funny side, I got to see Ben's dad do a ( Read more... )

You know, that's my problem with Superman, too. It's why I like Batman better (plus: gadgets!).

Batman is much better. I like my heroes dark and brooding and somewhat creepy. (and I got the original Batman for Christmas...huzzah Michael Keaton).

I LOVE THAT MOVIE. Give me dark and brooding any time over clean-cut and morally unambiguous. :)

That picture is so cute! I was about to comment that you're a very happy wife, but then you said it! I'm really happy for you two!!

Rachel drinking?? No! I refuse to believe it.

I quasi thought about asking you if I could come visit in Jersey, but then decided not to. I know a couple of guys from Atlantic City, and I'm sure we could have rendez-vous-ed with you guys. (I've gone from butchering English to butchering French...)

I knew someone would pick up on the headline quote!! 500 points for you!

And what is this about coming to Jersey?! Are you coming to Jersey?!?!? You must come if you get the chance. That would be so awesome. We took a small trip to Atlantic City to see an old friend of mine who's moving there. It'd be fun to go back, or have you here!!

I'm working very few hours...like 6, if I stretch it. So far no responses. Sad day. But I've got a few more places to apply at, so here's to hoping.

I'm always good...

ha thanks for the points! you know i'm a quote junkie...

sorry. here's the deal: i WAS going to go to Vegas w/my "boyfriend" for new years, but then i cancelled the trip. then, i thought of possibly going to jersey new years to visit you guys. then, i chickened out 5 seconds later, b/c i didn't want to pester you. but, now that i have permission, i'll keep that in mind. that would be a LOVELY trip to make!

6?! you should yell at someone at school for that, honestly.

well, good luck on the job hunting! i'm searching too, so hopefully we'll both do well.

"Boyfriend?" What "boyfriend?" Don't leave me in the dark!!

So I think most people do not carry on long, drawn-out conversations via LJ comments...but we're special. =) You should call me sometime. I have a new number, though, so if I haven't given that to you yet, let me know.
