New Found Flame
Even though it has only been a short time since Roo's concert, I am fairly sure it has altered my life. I have always enjoyed instrumental music. Orchestra Rocks!
Last night I attended the Wolf River Chamber Orchestra where Roo, Buck's mate, played classical bass in pieces from Mozart and Dvorak. This was my first orchestral concert and the experience was just magical. When the music I nearly cried from the richness of the music. Shaving
I've been shaving with a straight razor many times now, and I'm happy to report it was the soap that was irritating my face not the razor. For anyone who cares to know: walmart sells traditional shaving soap and shaving soap kits. I haven't been able to get an awesomely close shave yet, but I believe the problem lies in the sharpness of my razor ( Read more... ) -

A Sad Day
Dieting is stressful, there is no denying that forcing yourself to choose one thing over another is stressful especially when the other is right there in front of you. Shaving, Day Two
I woke up this morning still feeling sore in the face, I went looking to see if I missed anything and sure enough I did, but I was a bit too excited last night to think about it. Achievement!
Just a few minutes ago, I completed my first straight razor shave. At first I was almost afraid I was going to cut my face off, but I'm still in one piece. Quite to my pleasant surprise I found that this type of shave is safer than pop culture makes it out to be; I only drew two nicks. Now...
