what did you use for the frosting? Please dont say powdered sugar, water, and cocoa.

If I see a frosting recipe that calls for powdered sugar, I usually pass up on it. Though, this frosting does contain powdered sugar, only 2 C though. I used dark dairy-free chocolate blocks, apple juice and some regular sugar and veggie shortening.
