i had this boyfriend when i left for china the first time. we left on uncertain terms, but continued to talk just about every day and (i should add) many of our conversations were of the kind that only folks who are still dating have, if you catch my drift ( ... )

i know i deserve it, and that's what makes it worth it. i couldn't have it if i didn't deserve it, if both he and i hadn't been burned before... ya know.

yeah, why is it that 'friends' decide to just omit certain things from conversations? makes ya want to hit'em in the face. or kick'em in the babymaker. whatever happened to loyalty, anyway? i wouldn't have dropped half the friends i have in the past if i hadn't known that they had said awful things, believed terrible things, or perpetuated saddening behavior.

it's a shame ordinary outcasts as we are ... we're too strong to be victims. we should have an exgirlfriend charity.
