I leave for Canada in eight days.  Back to the island for ten fun filled days.  I wish it was August 4th right now, my mind is not on work.  I am doing silly things, like going over my packing list in my head, and then writing down any new ideas I have and I am obsessively checking the weather there.

I want my vacation now!

I broke a tooth.  My appointment is a little after 4 today, and I am freaking out.  I have an irrational frea of the dentist.  My old dentist was a sadist, and my new one seems nice, but I will have to wait and see.  I do get to bring a movie to watch during the procedure, which I find a bit odd, and I am trying to work out the logistics of that.  ( Read more... )

I have to say that it does get rather warm down there...I thought I was going to melt.  Luckily my bro has central air so I didn't.  It was great to see him, I helped him with the guest list for the wedding (I find it strange that he can never remember our aunts and uncles names), for which B thanked me.  I believe she doubted he would ever get it ( Read more... )

There is nothing scarier than helping your boss navigate Match.com, except helping him write his profile.  My most recent experience tells me that I could never try on-line dating, I just couldn't sell myself that way.  I am going to stick to the old way...clubbing the boy over the head and dragging him back to my cave ( Read more... )
