This weekend is our Big Move, to the house I found but didn't mention here. I was very close to updating LJ about it, but every time I felt I knew what was going on with the rental agency, it seemed like the game was changed on me. Poor ms.cake,. my fingers are crossed for you, maybe you can rest up on the plane to Seoul after only four more days of aggravation and work. You must be a dynamo, I'm ready for a nap after just reading about it.

I'm tired, to be honest! And it's taken a bit of the excitement away from Korea, as the move has been our main focus for a while now. ah well, one thing at a time..

I think there are people whose specific purpose in life is to make things difficult for others. Sounds like that's the case with S and X, except maybe S just didn't know what's going on and was simply repeating what X told her. Fingers crossed that things finish out smoothly.

And I can't wait to see picspam from Korea. You MUST have pics taken of you towering over the people there (a la 'Lost in Translation' and Bill Murray in the scene where he is the lone non-Japanese person in an elevator). When the spouse went to Tokyo, he came back with several pics where he was noticably taller than the people he was working with. Hope you guys have fun!
