Well it's time to rant. Tuesday we started using a new system of printing our lab labels. Until now the labels would print automaticaly at 0305, the RNs would check to make sure we had labels for all the ordered tests, and that there were no labels for tests not ordered for our patients; that is orders entered into the computer for the wrong ( Read more... )

Well, I posted my first message, now I need to put up my avatar; but haven't a clue how. How do I get those cute little mood emoticons? How do I add links? All my questions seem to have the same theme. This old lady don't know what she is doing here. Three twelve hour nights nursing coming up so maybe I can figure it out on Thursday.

Nineteen months ago I became a traveling Nurse intending among other things to Journal about my experiences. The traveling was exciting, fun and achieved most of my goals but I never started the journal in part because my e-mail system changed every time I moved and by the time I figured out how it worked it was time to move again.
