i retain way to much water. i'm switching medication or getting off of one of them. i can't live like a bloated potato any longer. it's really discouraging when I work so hard and get no results. i'm a different size and shape every day. none of the shapes are pleasing to me.

golly, i'm tired. somehow i need to get thru this day. it will be okay if i can just get home. sugar withdrawal! curse you!

My mom and sister and I have started doing a "boot camp" exercise class in the mountains. Its called "Trail Mix" and its hiking and strength training. Its lovely out there in the brisk morning air, but I could hardly get on and off the toilet the next day! i'll be 30 on sunday. i'm okay with it, i think. the plethora of problems i've got going keep me plenty occupied.

we're gonna shut up and dance, me and the girls. it'll be awesome. i'm having cake and Disney Princess flatware. jell-o shots, too, which i have never encountered. its a degree of white trash i'm looking forward to sinking into.
