2011 Graphics Gift Exchange

Welcome to the second graphics gift exchange! This time hopefully things will be a lot easier, with the opening of calendarsquares If you are participating in this exchange, please join the community~
This year I'm going to do a few things differently, so hopefully this exchange will be equally as wonderful as it was last year.
Firstly, please note that you do not have to be a graphics maker to participate! Just make sure when you fill out the “wish list” that you tell me you are not a graphics maker.
Secondly, I'm going to back up the due date for the graphics to be turned in. Although many of us may believe in “last minute shopping” I'd rather have a few days to cover for anyone who cannot finish their gifts before the deadline.

November 23 - December 1 sign ups will be open.
December 1 you will receive the name of the person you will be making graphics for.
You must submit your graphics to me by December 22.
If you are unable to finish, please notify me ASAP so I can find a replacement graphics maker.
Please remember not to reveal who you are making graphics for, and do not share the graphics you've made for that person until after the exchange is over.

■ This is a GRAPHICS GIFT EXCHANGE. Please do not ask for fiction, music, or fan art.
■ Please fill out the information as specifically as possible to make it easier for me to pair off makers, and for your Secret Santa to make your gifts.
■ If you are unable to make graphics, please make sure to let me know.
■ If you are able to be a backup for those who are not graphics makers, please let me know.
■ If you have a question for the person you are making gifts for, please direct those questions to me, and I will ask them for you to keep your anonymity
■ Please do not share the graphics you make until the exchange is over
■ If you have a problem with the type of graphics asked from you, or you are unable to get around to the graphics, just let me know and I'll find someone to cover for you. Just let me know ASAP so I can stay on top of things.
■ If you are upset with the graphics your Secret Santa made for you, please be polite. I don't want anybody's Christmas to get ruined here. If you feel ripped off you can come and talk to me and I'll see what I can do. (I don't actually think anyone will feel this way, but we might as well have it here... better safe then sorry).
