2013 Graphics Gift Exchange
It's the last week of November, which means it's time to start dusting off the holiday trinkets, uploading those seasonal icons, and signing up for our annual Graphics Gift Exchange!

Welcome to the Fourth Annual Graphics Gift Exchange! For new members, this is going to be a wonderful time of sharing and making graphics together. This Secret Santa-style exchange is a great excuse to get to know someone, and get some shiny icons before the new year.
You DO NOT have to be an icon maker to participate. If you wish to recieve graphics for the holidays just be sure to mention that you're not a graphics maker in the "wish list" portion of the application form!

schedule
■ November 25 - December 1 - Signups will be open.
■ December 1 - Names will be assigned, and you may begin making graphics.
■ December 22 - Graphics will be due. If you do not submit everything by this date, I will reassign your request to another maker.
■ December 24 - I will be posting the gifts here at calendarsquares.
■ December 30 - I will go back to the gift post and add the names of the iconmakers and contact anyone who missed the post so they can find their presents.
rules
■ Keep in mind that this exchange is for GRAPHICS. Requests for fiction, fanmixes, etc. will be ignored.
■ This year to make things easier on the makers, I will be asking you to narrow your request down to five things. Please make sure to be as specific as possible about what you want, especially if you already have something in mind.
■ If you are unable to make graphics, please make sure to let me know somewhere in the "wish list" application form.
■ If you are unable to finish the graphics for your person on time, please notify me ASAP so I can find a replacement maker for you.
■ Those who would like to offer their assistance as a backup should keep in mind that I usually contact backup makers during the week of Christmas or a few days before the graphics are due. If your holiday schedule will hinder you from being able to make the graphics around that time please don't feel like you need to offer yourself as a backup.
■ Please remember not to reveal who you are making graphics for, and do not share the graphics you've made for that person until after the exchange is over. After December 25, you're free to post/share the graphics with others if you so wish.
■ If you have a question for the person you are making gifts for, please direct those questions to me and I will ask them for you to keep your identity secret.
■ Iconmakers will be asked to make a minimum of five icons for the person their assigned to, but more are certainly welcomed if you feel generous.
