Okay, so chop the cabbage very fine - probably shredding it is a good idea
In a light amount of oil, put in cumin(jeera), nigella seeds(black onion seeds) and then add some crushed nuts and lentils. Brown the nuts and lentils.
Add the cabbage and cook till just enough crunch is still left. Add curry leaves for garnish. (Tej patta?)
