Awwww... Love it \o/ I especially love Peter's reaction once he had realized what could have happened. And then Neal wanting to stay at June's as long as possible. Awwww... Even in this little added scene for the beginning of their journey you can already see the beginning of the most epic friendship of all times \o/ It's made of win :D Thank you for sharing :D

Thanks so much. I love that Peter told Neal in the series that he liked him even while he was chasing him, before he took his deal. It opens up so much, and keeps it in canon.
I almost had them go back to the office (got them in Peter's car, in fact) but Neal put his foot down.
