I used to get cramps so bad but my doctor gave me progesterone and they're completely gone now! Progesterone is great for getting rid of cramps but be warned, the side effect I wound up with is an increased sex drive (which was already pretty high to begin with) and I don't have a boyfriend so that translates into me whimpering at certain scenes in House and my roomie giggling at me.
