Finally, Elton John coming close enough to go see in concert. When? October 17th!! How many things do I already have on the calendar that I already can't do?? DAMN IT!! -
Stupid, over-reacting people
Not only did the stupid Governor declare a "state of emergency" yesterday, but Christopher Newport University cancelled classes yesterday and today and has called for a mandatory evacuation!! Geoffrey’s first day of school went off without a hitch. He was up, showered and dressed by 6:15!! (Wish that had continued today...) His schedule is like a college schedule which alternates classes every other day. Am I truly the only person who learned to hate this show the longer it aired, and am not excited about its return? I liked it the first 2-3 years, but then it just turned so blah to me. Especially after they graduated from high school. I just couldn't care less about them at that point. I guess I related to "Friends" much more than "90210". -

FedEx Ground service SUCKS
Seriously, if people work and aren't home to receive a package during the day that requires an adult signature (having wine delivered), why would they hold it at a facility that is only open from 8:00 - 5:00 when those same people are F*CKING WORKING?!?!?!?
