As it finally had stopped raining, Cameron was going to make the most of this day. He'd quickly gone down to the mainland to a garage this morning and hired all the equipment he might need. Since John's first class isn't until later, he's up early and heads outside. Spotting Cam, he heads over and smiles.

"Hey, man. Nice toy."

Cameron grinned at John. "Isn't it? And she's running too. Sam fixed it this Monday."

"What is it?" John asks, kneeling down next to the bike.

[cameronmitchell]

"Swoopbike from Coruscant," Cameron explained. "I bought it on our trip there. It's a motorbike, only it sort of hovers above the ground and can go four times as fast."

Molly sat down nearby to quietly watch Cameron work on the bike.

Cameron was mostly working quietly, finishing up the bits he and John hadn't finished earlier. His mind was going over everything that John had told him and he kept remembering the people at the temple, Anakin helping him with the bike and their fight earlier.

It took a moment before he realised Molly was there and then it took another moment before he could bring himself to acknowledge her presence as he didn't know if she'd heard yet. "Yo."

"Hi," Molly said. "Does painting it mean that it's working now?"

"Yep, she rides like a dream," he nodded and wanted to pat the bike but couldn't as the paint was still drying.

Isabel came out with a blanket and book. She stopped when she saw Cam. "What are you doing?"

"Painting my swoopbike," Cameron said. "Well, it's actually pretty much finished except for some touches here and there."

"Swoopbike?" she asked. "And you could have asked, I would have helped."

"I know, it just felt like cheating," he pulled back a little. "Although you might have done a better job."
