*TODAY by which we mean technically yesterday but shh if you stop by the mess hall sometime in the afternoon, you might find it rather festively decked out in a manner that probably screams of limited choices and poor taste, what with cheap streamers and decorations that look suspiciously as though they may have been salvaged from the arts and crafts hut and whatnot. But that is not all, for there is also food and drinks of various snacky and finger-food varieties, including a rather large bowl full of dots. There's even a delicious cake, all awaiting the arrival of one very lucky birthday boy....
