[On this lovely day in Camp Fuck You Die, where you might expect to find a white van, you will instead find an ice cream truck. An ice cream truck, complete with that lovely ice cream truck music (this is one of the "Turkey In The Straw" variety -- sorry, all of you "Entertainer" fans).
Unlike when this occurred last year, however, Van Grants does not appear anywhere near as bemused by this turn of events; instead, he seems rather disappointed in the white van, that it would choose to go this path again. Of course, the black visor (like one that one might find on an employees at a certain ice cream store) that won't seem to come off of his head is probably contributing to his disapproval of the situation.
He hasn't noticed the tip jar yet.
