That door took you from your world to this one. I don't exactly know how, since that's not usually how it happens for me, but that's what it's done.

[Quite matter-of-factly!] Travel between worlds always works both ways. The doors, however, appear to only work in one direction -- rather, you can only go through it to another world once.

The doors do work to send people from this world to another, that I've seen, but going through after you've already come through once just keeps you here.
