TRUFAX: That church at Port Arthur? My favourite in the WORLD and I've been to Prague Castle the Impressive. And if there were ever a place to make me go all historical archaeology? It would be Port Arthur. I love it there. And I'm so sad you didn't get to see Remarkable Cave. Truth in names there.
Also? That blowhole? Yeah. Apparently that blowhole blows all the freaking time. The one time I've been there? Dead. Flat. Glassy. Ocean. The locals were freaked out. And this would be the day after the freak big-as-your-fist hail storm that came out of nowhere the day I arrived. Me and the Tassie weather Gods are not tight.
The last time I was at Port Arthur it was a lovely warm autumn day and the bunnies came out and played around the church. It was just Sheer Awesome. *nicks your church photos*
I'm glad you're having such a great time there. Tassie's great! Make sure you eat as much as possible, it's all amazing food.
I have to say I was impressed as well :) Not my favourite church int he world though, I've seen some amazing ones in Italy and I just love stained glass windows which obviously this church doesn't have.
I did end up seeing the Remarkable Cave the next day, stay tuned! ;)
I had the same experience as you in Kiama. There's a blowhole there that's supposed to always blow really high, but it barely did anything at all when I was there o.O
Dude look at the date :P I was in Tasmania a month ago I've been in Sydney again for quite a few weeks already ;) Besides all the food I've had in Tassie is what we bought in the supermarket and stored in our car, we were living on a budget :(

I was fascinated by them, but I didn't like them. Normally I do, but these were just so bizarre, very hard to describe
I didn't do anything! *whistles innocently*
