I don't know of any place specific, but you could check the complex that we're in - we went looking for a new apartment just a few months ago, and didn't find anything in the area that was as nice for the price. Anything that we found that was big enough was older, not as clean, not as well-kept, more expensive, and usually all of the above. Anything we found that was as nice and new for the same price was considerably smaller.
