I'm new to this community. my mother has been diagnosed with both adrenal and duodenal (spelling?) cancer. both extremely rare the doctors say. she just got home from the hospital from her second surgery today. the first one was in february, they took out her duodenum, pancreas, and other parts. the operation was called a whipple. yesterday ( Read more... )

Becuase I have been on testosterone-suppressant hormones for three years and my PSA level is stable I am being permitted to stop having the implants. This means that I am no-longer receiving any treatment for prostate cancer. As good a definition of "cured" as I can think of!.
