i just baked cookies. they are chocolate chip. i slightly underbaked them so they are warm and gooey in the middle, with a slightly grainy texture from the sugar. quite good. and they are about 1 1/2 cm thick so there is just enough room to bite into but no enough so that it feels too doughy. they are perfect ( Read more... )
