So I'm officially a 'Beginning Runner' and I've started my own program that I found on some website. It's basically an 8-week walk/run program and at the end I should be able to comfortably run 2 miles. My first attempts at x-pro... These actually end up looking better scanned and on my screen than in my hand. And what a hard time I had at the lab convincing them to cross-process these!
