so i retook the real estate test again today. and once again i failed to pass it. i am taking ti as a sign. the real estate market is completely at a standstill and i cant even pass the test. maybe im just not destined to do it. so instead i am doing everything in my power to get a loan to go back to school. the program i am looking into is an

you dont need a degree to open a bar and restaurant. you need money

get a small business loan instead.

ahh yes indeed. but a small business loan is much easier to get when you have a great business plan and a a related degree. and with my credit i need all the help i can get. plus it will be pretty cool to live in europe for a year.
