Awesome review! I also I'm scare that this fandom is going to do 180, and go against Stephenie Meyer. Since this fandom is more negative than postive, I now remerber the days will Robert got hate mail. I swear if I heard that Stephenie gets hate mail or any negative freeback that is so rude, I might never go to a twilight site ever again. The review was great I agreed everything you said.

I know you don't want ant hate comments and I don't plan on doing that. I just wanted to say that when I was done I absolutely loathed it. I'm not saying I like it now, more just dislike, but I've been reading coments who DID like it. I came across your comment saying you posted your thoughts about it. I'm glad I read yours. It did change some ways I thought and viewed the book. I can see where you're coming from when you say it's not Edward & Bella's story, but her going into adulthood. I think I just need to think about it more and wrap my brain around it. You made me apreciate it more, and why I fell in love with the saga to begin with. Thank you for that<3

You are most welcome! :)
I think that's why a lot of people are hating it so much. I think they are observing it from another point of view. I'm just trying to make people understand that there is more to it than just Edward and Bella, and I'm glad this made you rethink things, that was my point. :)

Love your icon, for starters :)

then Breaking Dawn was about protecting love.

Applause! I think that's a perfect summation.

I hated him so much at that moment.

Although it was harsh, I understood Edward perfectly. He still hates himself, in a way, and he sees the baby as himself contaminating Bella at that point, not as a baby conceived in love. My heart was just aching for him. I'm such a softie! I totally backed up Bella, of course.

Without this chapters I would've never understood Jacob the way I do know and I would have never got to, dare I say it, LIKE him.

I am a B/E diehard yet I have always loved Jacob as well, and I was SO happy that he claimed his birthright to protect the Cullens and had all those wonderful moments with Edward.

The imprint scene was probably the most beautiful scene in the book. I just loved how it was written and the emotions, it was perfect. So many people hate this, yet I love it. Jacob's realization is just incredible. I read the book unspoiled and so got the full wonderful effect of the surprise ( ... )

so you basically summed up everything I've thought about the book. exactly.

awesome review. awesome points. this post wins.

I can understand not liking the book but outright disrespecting the author that brought everyone this wonderful series is horrible. And I think the reason it effects me more than the JK-crapilogue is because Meyer always seemed to make it a point to have an awesome relationship with her fans. Not that JK didn't but Meyer made it a priority and wanted to interact with them so much. And for her fans to throw that in her face, ugh, makes me boil.
