I have no clue how long it's been since i have been on here at all, but i will be in and out again.

my last post, on saturday, the 4th, i do not remember posting; although, i have been feeling like a mental rollercoster. and tonight, i have desatroyed my comp desk, and shoved my hand through 2 plates of glass. i'm lossing my mind, and obviosly, my meds arn't working.

I've lost my mustard

as it has been two months since i have smoked a ciggy. now it has been a week since i have used the patch.
i am now completely detoxed from that nasty drug

So I was at the bus sales place downtown replacing my bus card, because well, I lost it, and I can't just go buy a new one anywhere on the account that it is for disability. so, I have to provide I.D. Anyways, the clerk procedes to ask me "where did you loose it?" what kind of stupid ass question is that? I'm thinking in my mind "if I knew that, it ( Read more... )

It's been 7 going on 8 days now, and I still haven't smoked a cigg, not even on the weekend while drinking.
I beleive this is the one!

Today is day six of being smoke free, and it's nice. not having to get dressed and go outside just for a fix. also, I'm begining te get my sence of smell back, and my lung capasity.

I am on day three of being tobbaco free.

I cant beleive it, on October 15th Em and I will have made the two year mark.
Thats an all time recored.
