I was so excited when I found this recipe last week that I did a little happy dance. It is the recipe my aunt makes for Christmas and I have often asked her for the recipe, only to lose it, so I was glad to find it again. Unlike most homemade eggnog recipes this one is cooked, but it is really good.

I bake a cheesecake every year for New Years Day. Usually it is either this recipe or a chocolate lace one which I will post shortly. This is a very pretty cheesecake, with a cream and pink marbled top.
