For whatever reason, the last candy swap we had ended up with me sending, and left candyless :(

Anyway, I would love to do a swap with an American for some of Canada's finest candy.  I love love love American candy - from Sugar Babies to Heath Bars to Carefree Koolerz Gum... it's all good!

i was in london last week and my friend and i needed to get rid of a bunch of change at the gatwick airport, so naturally we picked a candy vending machine.

Last Thursday xjodix decided to combine our mutual loves of energy drinks and Slurpee's into one magical beverage. It was also agreed that we would take it one step further and use not just any energy drink, but a Sparks (being exciting, as they are not available in Canada). i think i've come to terms with the fact my candyswap package will not be coming in.
mrs.o., i'm sorry,i was looking forward to it. i'm not bitter. my chocolate is.
i strongly suspect customs. if it has a uniform, suspect it.
instead, i applied myself to some pink peppercorn chocolate before the heatwave struck

I found the mythical White Chocolate M&Ms, or my husband did on a drive through Maine. They're, unfortunately, just all right. My husband really likes them, but I think they're rather bland, even for white chocolate.
I like the pale colours, though. It reminded me of visiting M&M World - Las Vegas and the bulk M&Ms in every colour ( Read more... )
