I think that my drafting of the army is going to be a success (if one counts less than 10,000 a success), but just barely. I'm up to about 7,000 troops as it is. I just don't know how much more I can squeeze from Gondor's population without digging into its productivity, as the flood did make a significant impact on the numbers.
