I've rendered down the last practice before my last show and separated it into its 21 parts. You may enjoy them if you'd like to. Admittedly the singing on the first couple tracks starts a bit weak, but there's some good takes in here. I'm working on studio versions now and will hopefully have the whole thing done before I die

a cool idea for doing shows

This is the idea:

a person (maybe me but hopefully someone with more initiative) sets up a monthly night o' music, preferably at the same venue each month. A theme is picked every month (like this show's Mexican thing).. any theme. The bands are picked and are given one month to compose, specifically for that night, brand new material, lasting ( Read more... )

I'm working on recording Contaminant, and here are two tracks from it. Early in the mix.

The Crux This is the song during which over half my audience left. Only now it's more polished and beautiful. Who says hymns can't be enjoyed?

Snippet of a New Song

Verse 1 of my cover of Tool's Rosetta Stoned. It was initially played at my last set and using my Line6 pedal I was able to play it as you will hear it (minus the vocal harmonies). The mix is clearly shit but I'm working with ideas here, let me know what you think.
