Thanks Genevieve. Things here will be to and fro for a while, we're not rushing changes but they will happen. Apologise to Robert for me would you - this is why I didn't want to join in the demo wholeheartedly. I think the only help we need just now is understanding and patience from everyone and from what I've seen so far we won't be short of it. Everyone is being really kind.
