Hey, I'm not underestimating her. I'm saying it's annoying. The world never works like we want it to, after all.

Okay, it's not annoying, either.

And that speaks volumes about you. Impatient, rash, and probably very good at endangering others.

Myself more than others.

You'd be surprised at how patient I can be, too.

You are oh-so-convincing with it.

Patience isn't the sort of virtue you can flip the switch on for, you know.

But I digress.

Her precious chess pieces. Why use the analogy if her plans didn't directly involve individuals?

No, but I know when to bide my time.

This is a valid point. However, are they people in the city, or people behind the scenes?

No, that would be too easy, wouldn't it?

She doesn't think you're a threat, you know. I wonder why that is?

What do I have to prove to you? If I gave away anything, then I wouldn't exactly be patient.

Most likely because she doesn't know everything about me.

What do you have to prove to me? What an interesting question.

Perhaps.

Nothing, I think.

Well, if everything she has heard is from the suit, that says enough.

Exactly. Nothing.

... The suit hadn't seemed willing to acknowledge her presence at first...

I don't think it knew. I don't think it knows how bad it is, either.
