While wandering through the crap in the "My Documents" folder on my computer, I found this essay, which I thought was interesting, I think it was for my Northwestern application. I want to be on a college admissions board now, just to be able to do that and see what responses were recieved, because I mean really, look at our class alone, do you think half of those people would be able to intelligently answer that?

Well no, however, most of the kids in our class are not applying to Northwestern, and I think, given that Northwestern is supposed to be a school that matriculates mostly intelligent individuals, and given that the applicants have plenty of time to think about their answer, I do not think that the question, "What is the meaning of life?" is inappropriate.

I wasn't saying that I would like to be an admissions counselor for Northwestern or even going as far as to say that our general population is applying to Northwestern. I meant that I would like to be in admissions for like...UMO or USM and have people write some of the essays along the lines of the "What is the meaning of life?" question...Then be like...We recieved your essay, and we were kidding about making you write that, now write a real one along these lines...(insert essay idea here)
I would like to be able to read some choice essays sent in if that were possible to do...
