Hey, you doing alright, Testy? Things are getting pretty weird around here, thought I'd see how it's going on your end.

Alright, so what the hell is going on here? The locks are gone, and with a streak of homicides and torture sessions being the "in" fad these days, color me worried.

It seems that the Admiral has gone insane. Foods not regenerating either, and the Admiral has the vampires locked up and he's starving them.

With all the other things he's been doing, I have the feeling they'll be released when we least expect it. Also, all powers are gone. Wardens and inmates alike. And when the wardens request something, he doesn't do what the ask. He's also a lot more talkative.

None of us know why this is happening, though.

Sounds like either the Admiral's changed plans, or someone's changed the Admiral.

The thing is, if it is another Admiral, who is it and how did they manage to replace him? And if not, why the sudden bout of insanity?

No, sorry. But if you were on the TARDIS, you know the Doctor. So you know how weird time can be. It probably just hasn't happened on my timeline yet.
