Quick update - investigation stage of my suspension is now over. Just waiting for an independent manager to decide whether it warrants a disciplinary. My rep thinks it shouldn't come to that as the most that I've done wrong is poor record keeping at times, which isn't a disciplinary offence. Pretty much I've been exonerated over the original

Sorry this is so belated, I'm just catching up on lj for the first time in ages.
I'm so pleased that things are beginning to get sorted for you, although I'm still appalled at what you've had to go through. Counselling can be a very long slow job, hope that you can continue with it for as long as you need to. And excellent that you're getting support about not going back to your old job - I really really hope they and you combined can find something for you where you will be supported and encouraged.
