There's not a single character in Friends that I would have wanted to be friends with in real life. I don't know if that's because I'm a jerk or most of them really were that annoying.

Maybe the cast of Scandal? I admire badass women. Last time I was in DC for work and I was walking around doing the tourist thing, I was joking that I was on my own "self guided Olivia Pope tour" That show might also be fodder for some analysis of some seriously dysfunctional relationships.
