I DID A SHOW/RECORDED A COMEDY ALBUM IN ATLANTA A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS GREAT. YOU CAN HEAR IT ON SIRIUSXM RADIO CHANNEL AIRWAVES IN LIKE 3-4 MONTHS.

I FEEL LIKE IF YOU LIVE THERE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO CALL IT "ATLANNA" WITH NO SECOND T LIKE "TORONNO", BUT I DIDN'T FACT CHECK THAT.

I got to go to Atlanta on a school trip back in 2000 and I agree, it's a cool city. Not someplace I'd want to visit at the height of summer, but... Anyway, it was weirdly fateful because it was where I developed my obsession with Coke and David Hasselhoff (via reruns of Knight Rider in the hotel room), and it was also where I developed my comic strip character, Impressive Stick Man, which enjoyed a cult following throughout high school. Looking back, it's weird how Atlanta was like a formative experience, LOL.

EDIT: BTW, congrats on the album! Sorry, didn't mean to make my whole comment about me.

Thank you! Yeah it was definitely hot but fortunately pretty much the same type of heat we get here so I went in prepared and also brought a handheld misting fan which was ridiculed at the airport but ENVIED UPON LANDING.

I remember Impressive Stick Man and your Coke + David Hasselhoff obsessions, I didn't know it all started in Atlanta! Did you go to the World of Coca Cola then?

We did not get to tour the World of Coca Cola, unfortunately. I think it was the last day of the trip, and on the bus ride into the city, the chaperones were like, "OK two choices, Atlanta Underground or World of Coca Cola?" and I was trying to build this chant, "WORLD OF COKE, WORLD OF COKE," but Atlanta Underground won. As I recall it was sort of like a parking garage with an Orange Julius and a dollar store in it.
