OOC: CR Post
In an effort to be more organized in my RP-ing, here's my relationships post. Please comment if you've threaded with Jack and I've forgotten to put you on here! Definitely a work in progress. Strikeouts are characters who were dropped.
Canon Relationships:
The Doctor - im_brilliant - Complicated issues with them. Jack harbors very deep feelings for the Doctor, though if you ask him, he probably wouldn't be able to explain them fully. He resents being left behind after his first revival, but that was a long time ago, and he claims to be over that. He wishes the Doctor didn't sense his very presence as being "wrong," but there's nothing he can do to change it. He has admitted (in canon) to being in love with the Doctor, though he has rarely had the chance to act on it. (I could ramble for paragraphs on the complex nature of Jack and the Doctor's relationship, but I will refrain...) Since being trapped in Luceti together, their relationship has become far more intimate on both a physical and emotional level.
Jenny - mydadsthedoctor - Though he's just met Jenny, he accepts her as part of the family. Mild flirtation is to be expected here, though he won't dare to take it further. (Also he's got issues with her dad, see above...)
John Hart - failedrehab - Former partner "in every way," former enemy, reluctant ally. He doesn't trust John any further than he can throw him, though that's slowly being rebuilt as John attempts to show he's really reforming. Jack doesn't quite believe him, especially after all the rehab(s) that John has gone through and failed.
The Master - realivewire - Enemy of the Doctor who captured and tortured Jack and the Doctor for a year. Though time was reversed so the year never happened in the eyes of the world, Jack and a few others remember the events. Jack was repeatedly killed in numerous ways by the Master, who found it amusing to torture the "Freak." Needless to say, Jack is not fond of the Master and is not happy to see him alive again in Luceti...
Luceti Relationships:
Aya - 20abyssinian - Quiet, good-looking, fun to tease a bit. They were drawn together during the Valentine's Experiment, leading to (off-screen) sex in Aya's apartment. They haven't discussed this much since, though they still talk on occasion.
Brook - skulljokelol - Jack's intrigued by him and the idea of the "Devil Fruits" from his world. His theory is that they may have fallen through a Rift, but more discussion is needed.
Buffy Summers - a_slayer_slays - Enjoys talking to Buffy and is glad to find someone who can carry on a good conversation. Less flirting than expected, but she's one of the few to whom he's actually revealed his immortality secret, which shows a lot of how much he trusts her in a short time.
Captain Jack Sparrow - lists_to_port - Another Captain Jack, though at least this one wasn't his true namesake. He's amused by Jack and would like to have more opportunity to spend time with him.
Draco Malfoy - hisdarkmark - Jack had an interesting conversation with him regarding death and magic. He's intrigued by the boy, and though he finds the use of "magic" hard to believe, he'll go along with it for now.
Duo Maxwell - colony_brat - Apparently knew Jack's previous incarnation in Luceti, and knows more about Jack than he would probably like. Jack still finds Duo charming, and will flirt right back at him and be friendly, though he may be a bit guarded for awhile.
John Sheppard - gating_across - Another military man who seems to understand at least the concepts of what Jack faced back home. Jack would like to learn more about him.
Lexaeus - andahardplace - Met when talking about death. Lexaeus also offered to help Jack when he was suffering from false memories after an encounter with the Malnosso. Their conversations tend to be more serious.
Mal Reynolds - theskyforme - Someone that Jack would like to know better... he feels like he could have a lot in common with him.
Okita Souji - ahappylie - Fun to flirt with, and apparently knows the Doctor as well. Jack thinks he's cute and fun to talk to.
Rosalie Hale - pileof_ashes - Flirting with a vampire doesn't seem very smart, Jack. But he'll do it anyway....
Sanae Hanakoma - nattocat - Still doesn't know he's straight, though that really doesn't seem to matter much to Jack. He likes talking to him and will probably hang around the coffee shop sometimes, despite recent painful memories associated with a certain coffee boy.
Sanji - oda_hates_me - Drinking buddy of sorts. Jack kind of broke Sanji's brain and continues to attempt to do so on every occasion. Sanji seems to barely tolerate Jack, but will still hang out with him and be coerced into drinking hypervodka.
Spike - univalent - Case of mistaken identity... thought he was John Hart at first. Still finds him interesting to talk to, especially once he knows he and Buffy have a connection.
Uhura - lt_linguist - Flirting not going as well as planned, though Jack is persistent. He is still determined to discover her first name.
Yako Katsuragi - foodovermystery - Jack seems to treat her somewhat like a little sister. He likes her cooking, and is concerned over her well-being. They seem to have an understanding based on some of their mutual loss, and Yako can read him more clearly than most.
