ah, bummer. my advice: don't get clear ones. you might as well live it up in crazy colored braces. haha, why yes i am a dork. =]

Yeah, I had the clear ones. I honestly don't know if they were better or worse than the standard ones would have been (however, whichever ones you get, make a whitening appointment for the same day you get them off- best suggestion EVER). It's not that bad, really. I know you feel AWFUL at the moment but, nearly everyone goes through it, and just be glad you're not getting them on say, Sophomore year of college. I'm sure that doesn't help you right now, but when you get there and meet people who have that happen to them, you'll feel way better. My friend Kevin got his braces on AND realized he was gay in the same one-month period. He had a rough time. Yours will be easier.

But, hey, your teeth look straight to me...I don't get it!
