Also, I was very convinced for a bit that Tim raped the girls because he was all "For everyone you've been with I'VE been with someone new too!"

whoever killed Dean O'Dell totally used Veronica's paper on "How to commit the perfect murder"

I thought about that. But, if it was Tim, he either did that or used the perfect murder he had planned from Landry's class when he was in it. After all, he is all criminology gung ho. He could probably pull off a close to perfect murder.
